We expressly ask you to include the order number (the #sign is not required) in the description of the transfer. If you forgot to mention the order number, it is more difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to link the payment to an order. Usually you manage to match the order, including your last name and the order amount, but this takes more time. If you have not stated an order number and the delivery is taking a very long time, please let us know by email to [email protected]. Please include the correct order number in the title of your email.
You can ignore this notification. The actual name deliberately deviates from privacy of you and the account holder. You always decide whether your transfer is sent. The IBAN is and remains the most important thing when transferring money. You are responsible for using the right IBAN. The IBAN is also leading a payment contract.

You will receive an e-mail from us immediately after your order with the payment instructions. Didn’t you receive the e-mail? Please check your spam folder. The e-mail may have ended up in the spam box. Please note: We do not send email when processing your payment and prior to shipping. Since we manually link the payments to the orders, our system cannot currently send automated emails.
We have been affected for some time in sending mail to KPN addresses because of the strict spam policy. If you have an email address at Planet, KPN, what soever or other kpn-affiliated address, there is indeed no e-mail coming to you. You can use the payment instructions during the order or you can ask to change the email address in the order to a non-KPN address. We can always provide you with the correct payment instructions via e-mail.
We ship the goods without the packaging because of your privacy and to limit shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we do not support iDeal or PayPal for privacy reasons. Instead, you can pay with us by bank transfer to our IBAN account.
Unfortunately, because of privacy, we cannot offer a ‘Track and Trace’ service.
We can be the cheapest because we buy directly from the original manufacturers.
We don’t ship to pick-up points. If you do specify a pick-up point as a shipping address with your order, it is at your own risk. As a rule, shipments to pick-up points are more frequent, so we advise you to use a residential or business address.
If we have received your payment, your order will often be sent the same, but no later than the next business day. The delivery time is on average around 3 business days, with the exception of 5 working days, etc., depending on the order time and the cooperation of the postal company.
Please take into account a delivery time of 5 to possible 12 working days (excluding processing time payments) for Belgium.
If you have transferred money to us, it will take no later than 2 business days (excluding holidays) for the money to be transferred to us. If it’s on our behalf, we’ll often send your package the same day. Please consider delays around the holidays, as no international payments will be processed.
If it is that you have transferred the money incorrectly, you should call your bank immediately.
Certainly, with us you can manually transfer money from each country to our IBAN account.

If you subscribe to our newsletter or create an account when ordering, you will automatically receive the newsletter from us. You will be aware of our promotions and can use the temporary discount codes that allow you to order at a discount.
All letterbox shipments are sent in a sturdy air bubbles envelope. We ship in a blank envelope without sender. So only your name and address are on the outside. All products are shipped without a box. We take all these measures for the sake of your privacy.
We value your privacy and understand that you do not want your bank to be able to see that you have paid for erection funds through a transfer through your bank account. Therefore, when you make a payment you will always see that you have made a payment to the representative of our company with your order number.
By default we send your order by envelope, so it will simply be deposited in your mailbox when you are not at home. If your order is too large for an envelope we will send it in a package. When you are not at home during delivery, the postman will deposit a pick-up message in the mailbox so that you can pick up your order.
For orders up to 25 euros we charge 9.95 euros shipping and handling fees. Up to 50 euros we ask 5 euros and orders from 50 euros are shipped and handled free of charge. The processing of a single transfer costs us 2.50 euros. We will cover these costs. In addition, of course, there are shipping costs and of course we still have to reward the employees of the ICT department, packing service, helpdesk and order processing for their efforts.
We do not do this out of cost savings, we make all leaflets available, you can download them via our website or receive them by e-mail when you ask our customer service. By choosing free shipping for not printing and sending the leaflet, we can offer you free shipping due to the cost savings!
